What dolartienda is

dolartienda connects people who want to sell with people who want to buy, and provides the checkout that moves digital dollars (USDC) between them. That is all it is.

What we do not do

We are not a party to the deal between you and the other person. We do not review listings before they appear, we never hold or take custody of the money from a sale, we do not guarantee that an item exists, works or arrives, and we do not mediate disputes. If something goes wrong between two people, those two people resolve it.

The money moves directly from the buyer's wallet to the seller's wallet. It never passes through us at any point, which is also why we cannot reverse, freeze or refund a payment. A USDC payment is final.

Reviews

Every paid purchase entitles the buyer to exactly one public review of the seller. Reviews cannot be bought, cannot be invented, and cannot be deleted, not by the seller and not by us. It is the only reputation there is here, and that is deliberate: on a platform that does not mediate disputes, a public record is what protects the person buying.

Your wallet is yours

Private keys are generated on your own device and never reach our servers. We do not have them, we cannot recover them, and we will never ask you for one. If somebody claiming to be from dolartienda asks for a private key, they are not from dolartienda.

What cannot be sold

Anything whose sale is illegal in Argentina: weapons, drugs, official documents, protected species, other people's personal data, or stolen goods. Accounts and service credentials are also out. We take down listings that cross this line, and accounts that keep crossing it.

Your account

You are responsible for what you list and for honouring what you offered. You can close your account whenever you like; reviews of sales already made remain, because they belong to the people who wrote them.

Tax

Whatever you owe on what you buy or sell is yours to declare. We do not withhold tax and we do not report on your behalf.

Changes

If these terms change, the date above changes. Continuing to use the site after that means accepting them.
